If you move in with your boyfriend and your child before the divorce is final, you risk giving your ex grounds to challenge your custody of the child and he can even get an order preventing you from co-habitating with anyone with the child unless you are remarried. Thus, it is not a good idea to move in with your boyfriend at this point until the divorce is finalized at the very least.
