i live in nj and my exgirlfriend lives in florida, i believe she may have a baby by me but i am not sure...i am not even sure if she has an actual baby. since we parted ways she has been telling me yes she did have a baby and i am the father or she never had a child at all...she likes to play games!

What is the most cost affective way to find out if she has a child and second if the child is mine?

i was waiting for a response
I am sorry for the delay you have experienced in getting a response. I am afraid that aside from trying to get information from family and friends that may know her, the only other way to find out if she actually has a baby is hiring a private investigator. Once you actually find out she has a baby, then you can file a Petition to Establish Paternity in the FL court and the court will order DNA testing, which would protect you from her trying to come back years from now and seeking back child support if the child is not your child.
