Dear JACUSTOMER - You cannot force anyone to take a lie detector test in either a civil or criminal case. Polygraphs are not admissible as evidence in court so there is no point in asking anyone to take one to prove an issue for a case. CA is a no fault divorce state so it doesn't matter if there has been infidelity with respect to being able to obtain a divorce.
