Resolved Question:

My ex has repeatedly broken his protective order. No one is doing anything about it. Its almost as if he has to try to stangle me again. I understand it's the holidays and everyone is busy. What else can I do? I have filed a police report.

Is the protective order issued against your ex in favor or you or against you in favor of your ex?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

It is against my ex for DV

When a protective order is violated the only two options you have would be to contact the police to file a report and/or go back to court to file a violation petition if it was issued as part of a divorce or family court type proceeding.
