You will want to present the information you just stated in your post to the court. It is quite compelling.
I suggest that you itemize and detail each of the numerous court proceedings that have taken place and the results of each proceeding. Although the judge should have this information, it is more compelling if it is clearly laid out before him and will prevent your former husband from attributing his lack of funds to the economy.
You will want to also want to itemize and detail the hardships that you have undergone and your son has undergone due to the lack of funds
