How do I make my last wishes mandatory if I leave two beneficiarys

This answer was rated:

How do I make my last wishes mandatory if I leave two beneficiarys for my insurance
policy. How do I make sure my wishes are kept? Sharon
Thank you for your question.

The best way to do so is to write a letter and a will, which when probated, would have to be followed. However you really cannot "make sure" that your wishes are kept since you will not be around for it--the best way to do so is to designate a proper agent or executor whom you trust to properly and correctly fulfill your wishes.

Good luck.
