If any part of the affair occurred in Illinois, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Dakota or Utah you may file an action for criminal conversation, alienation of affection
and seduction against the person. That said, these are the only states that recognize such actions. If the adultery did not take place in one of these states, you do not appear to have an action against the person
