Tengo un caso de divorcio en la corte de la familia en Miami-dade y el lunes 13 de este mes ya voy a la AUdiencia con el juez. Como hablo muy poco ingles y lo entiendo muy poco, hay en la corte traductores de oficio para español ingles o lo contrario, o me hes pemitido ser acompañada por alguna persona que me ayude a traducir?

La corte proporcionará un traductor conforme a su petición o permitirá que usted traiga su propio traductor al procedimiento. Usted necesita archivar una petición a la corte cuanto antes de pedir el traductor se proporcione o eso a le se permita tener una ayuda del traductor usted en las audiencias.

Esa peticion para un traductor en la corte es el mismo dia de la audiencia o se puede hacer con anticipacion, por ejemplo mañana?
No, debe ser hecho delante de tiempo porque los traductores que funcionan para la corte deben ser programados por adelantado, ellos tiene muchos otros casos que tratan de y hay tan pocos de ellos que usted necesita cerciorarse de que estén programados con la mayor anticipación posible. La corte estaría muy enojada si usted espera hasta el día de la audiencia y probablemente le negaría o por lo menos continuaría el caso a otra fecha.
