Customer Question

I am divorced. I am suppose to get married in 4 weeks but I don't want to. I am 16 weeks pregnant. I have 2 children with my ex husband. I am wanting to break it off with the father of my unborn child. If I were to become single and pregnant would that give my ex husband the rights to full custody for the 2 children? we are going thru a custody battle. My ex is in the military and alcoholic. He doesn't know I am pregnant yet. What should I do?

I believe I just answered this question on another thread but if you have any follow up questions please let me know. Your ex husband has no automatic rights to full custody simply because you are having another child.
