Can I sue woman who came on to husband and said it didnt matter

Thank you for your question.

While such claims were possible before, Texas no longer realizes claims solely based on the rude behavior of the other party. As much as I can understand your desire to punish her for her behavior, there is no valid cause of action here especially if your husband did not act on her "invitations".

Good luck!
