Q. Is there a law that prohibits ex-husband in being persistent agitator? vexed

A. If he is harassing her, then she has every right to demand that he stop. She may want to send her demand/"cease and desist" letter by certified mail, return receipt requested, being sure to keep a copy for herself. If his harassment continues, then she may file a petition for an injunction against harassment against him. You may review the law HERE.
