If you marry a woman who already owns a home and never put

Resolved Question:

If you marry a woman who already owns a home and never put in his name on it will he be responable for payments although they're seperated and filing for divorce. They have been married less than two years.

No. The man could only be personally responsible for the mortgage payments if he was put on the loan. And since the home was acquired by the woman prior to the marriage it would not be considered martial property.
