If you do not have custody of your children but they live with you full time and go to school and you fully support them do you have to still pay child support to the ex spouse?
If the court order still gives him custory and still says you must pay support then you must pay. You would have to get a court to give you custody and stop your support obligation to stop the wage garnishment.
