My daughter and her ex-husband have joint custody. My grandson

Resolved Question:

My daughter and her ex-husband have joint custody. My grandson just turned 3 yrs. old. My daughter would like to start her son in pre-school this fall, going 5 days a week from 8:30 to 11:45. Her ex-husband does not want him going 5 days a week. He feels his son will get burned out on school by doing this. He doesn't want it and she does. How do you decide if you can't agree?

Unfortunately, if they cannot agree they must go to Court and ask the Court to decide.
