he gets paid under the table for alot of the work he does.

Resolved Question:

he gets paid under the table for alot of the work he does. he makes a house and a car payment, but only pays $350.00 a month for two kids. Oh yea, he was also ordered to pay for ins. but the kids dont have any.
In what ways can we prove his actual wages and get ins going?

If he is paid cash there is really no way to go to court and prove he is lieing other than hire a PI who investigates the employer and can prove how much cash the employer is giving to him under the table. Or get the employer subpoened and make him testify as to how much he pays to the father.
