Can my husband drop me from his medical insurance if I dont

Resolved Question:

Can my husband drop me from his medical insurance if I don't have any other insurance (we are not living together but we are not legally seperated or divorced)

You spouse does have a duty to provide for you, but that is an old law and rarely upheld if you are living separately and supporting yourself. There is no law that "requires" him to have you covered by health insurance unless you have a separation or divorce order that requires him to do so.
