The largest expense of any divorce is the legal fess...if you can not agree, then both parties need to retain attorneys to "fight it out" and let the judge decide. Not only do you pay a large fee for that (attorney fees on both sides) but you run the risk that the judge will not give you something you want.

If you can agree, then a kit from or is a great way to proceed
