Is there statue of limitation in Arizona for penson plan beneficiary

Resolved Question:

Is there statue of limitation in Arizona for penson plan beneficiary for ex-wife? ( I want to take her off as my beneficiary and we were divorced in 1998). I want to put my present wife on my benefit pension plan.

It will depend on what your divorce order requires. If it is required (from your first divorce order or agreement) that she remain as the beneficiary, then it is likely that can never be modified.
