When you remarry, does your current spouse's good or bad credit affect your credit record &/or score?

Yes. Once you are married, your credit reports are usually linked unless you never co-mingle your accounts or use the other person's last name. For ex, a woman can get all her own credit in her married name and never have or use her husband's name in connection with a loan or credit card, and then she her credit will not be linked to his. Also, if a husband never uses his wifes name on loan or credit applications his credit can stay clear of her's and not be affected.
