Customer Question

I work Fulltime and I get garnished. I have to keep a PTE job at night just to keep financial stable. Can they garnish me at my Parttime job as well? I am already paying Full 29% in my fulltime job

If your full time job does not satisfy the court order for support, then yes, you can be garnished by your part-time employer as well.

Reply to socrateaser's Post: Nevada Law states 3 kids is 29%. I have been getting garnished 29% of my gross biweekly. Can do still deduct 29% from my Parttime job?

Is the order based on a percentage or a fixed amount?
