Optional Information: Arlington, Washington
Washington does not have any laws regarding the miniumum age a child can be left alone and 10 is the suggested age, but not a law. Most experts say between 10 and 12 years old a child can be left alone for a few hours, depending on the maturity of the child. See http://www.latchkey-kids.com/latchkey-kids-age-limits.htm
