i got married and was with him for a week, and we separated and i don''t know where he is now, but we been separated for 19 yrs now. i want a divorce and was wondering if i can get one with out his signature..

You can get a default divorce if you are a permanent resident in a jurisdiction that permits "no-fault" divorce, such as California. If you're in New York, you will have a problem.
