divorced in Indiana. Mother has custody of children and wants to move to KY. She is getting re-married. Future husbands home is in KY. can she move and does she have to do anything prior to moving legally?

Prior to moving, you will just need to notify the courts. The father has 30 days to object to the move; however, a court will usually not prevent a move unless it is only being done to keep children away from a parent. Regardless, you will need to notify the court and make sure that the children's father knows about the move.
