I have had a lump under my right eye for over 5 months. My doctor have me an ointment and antibiotics but made no difference what can it be?

It can be a chalazion, a blocked duct of an oil gland in the eyelid that causes painless swelling.

If it is not causing any problem, it may improve with time, however otherwise it can be treated with a minor surgery,
