Should I go to the hospital?

Hello and thank you for your question. I’d be happy to assist you.

Well as you describe, dizziness while sleeping can be associated with your movement of head.

Possible causes may include Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV),Cervical spondylosis, acute labyrinthitis or vertigo.

You can try lying on your back, but with your head and back elevated at 30 degrees with 2 pillows. Try to prevent sudden head movements.

You can take OTC Antivert.

Do massage with muscle relaxant ointment on back of neck.

Also do cool compresses on your eyes.

You can try OTC lubricating eye drops.

If your symptoms'll persist then visit to hospital.

Let me know if you have any further query so we can discuss it thoroughly in every aspect.
Waiting for your response.
It’s my pleasure to continue this conversation until you satisfy.
