If the change fixed it I would not be worried.
However, this assumes you have up to date eye exams.
You must be checked for glaucoma, retinal detachment, a change in prescription needs, etc.
It sounds like it was a contact issue.
If it recurs, then be more concerned.
If this has not been checked , have it checked.
