About once a month while driving everything becomes sparsely like millions of transparent snowflakes.they sparkle and shimmer,I can still see quite well aside from being disconcerting,it goes away after 10 or 20 minutes.

OKI think this is a normal visual phenomenon, only because I have heard this from patients with no findings on a number of occasions.Is it only while driving?
