Do you have any pain redness or sensitivity to light?
Do you sleep in your contacts?
What brand of contacts are they?
Any changes in your vision?
If you can see it any chance of taking a picture of your eye?
Do you recall the lens being uncomfortable or having a foreign body sensation in your eye?
Sometimes it can be just an onflammatory spot due to overseer
or an impending corneal ulcer.
The best thing to do is to go to an we that has an eye doctor on site to have it evaluated if it bothers you a lot tonight
Otherwise be seen by your eye doctor first thing in am

Yes it is best to either go to the er or your doctor
You more then likely will need. an antibiotic or antibiotic/steroid drop to treat it
