Customer Question

Hi Dr.Rick,
I was diagnosed with left eye conjunctivitis, OFLOXACIN was prescribed to me. I felt like I have something else??
No redness,No Itchy at all, No drainage , discharge, slightly aching pain when I blink and my left eye felt like I was staring at something for hours ( without blinking) . The symptoms that I have right now, I feel a round lump under my eye , my left eye swollen but not too much. Last night and this morning I try to put warm cloth for 10-15 minutes.
I notices my left eye and left side of my face swollen little more after the heat. Am I spreading something ? or is it the drainage from the lump that I have? Or apply ice the reverse of it? It all started last weekend and I was seeing doctor 2 days ago.
