you could be having retinal detachment or damage to your cornea
you should see an eye doctor to get your eyes examined and a dilated pupil exam of your retina.
do these 3 spots move when you move your eyes?

you could have inflammation in parts of your retina in the back of the eye which are causing you to see these spots
you should see an eye doctor and get an eye exam and retinal exam
