Ask an Eye Doctor and Get an Answer ASAP
Hello, Thank you for the question.I am Dr.A.S.Desai and I look forward to assisting you .
Are you able to visualise this chat now?
If your distance vision is blurred then it is better to visit an ophthalmologist who can not only prescribe you the corrective glasses ( or contact lenses if you do not wish to wear glasses) but also identify the cause of the yellowish discoloration of the conjunctiva.
In general food which help in good functioning of the eye are those which are rich in vitamin A such as carrot, papaya ( fruit), mango, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, other vegetables such as broccoli, beans. Fish is also a good source of anti-oxidants which are essential to the eyes.
