Customer:

Greetings

Customer:

Did you read my wife's problem ?

Customer:

Hello ?

Customer:

Dr. are you there ???

Dr. Tom : Yes, give me a moment to respond.
Customer:

sure

Dr. Tom : Yes, I read your posting about your wife. First let me say how sorry I am she is having trouble. The symptoms you describe are serious and she should be seen as soon as possible. Do You have an ophthalmologist available.
Customer:

I;m trying to get an appointment soon, the soonest i got is after 3 days

Customer:

Can this caused by stress and lack or sleep and migraine ?

Dr. Tom :

It isn't likely that it is stress or migraine. But it could be a retinal or optic nerve problem. Do you live in a large city?

Customer:

yah

Customer:

I'm living in the capital city of my country

Customer:

You mean that she probably lost her sight on that eye for good?

Dr. Tom :

No I did not say that, but Please consider taking her to an emmergency department. They will have an ophthalmologist on call for her type of problem. Would you like for me to search for a clinic for you?

Customer:

She went this morning to a big hospital where they have ophthalmologist, but they didn't treat it as an emergency and they going her an appointment next Sunday.

Customer:

Can this retinal or optical problem cured ?

Customer:

whats hurting me that she is already going into depressing

Customer:

depression

Dr. Tom :

Usually....but the sooner the better. Ocular pain and loss of vision are not something to put off.......but without a complete eye exam and diagnosis, there is no way to answer that. The good news is that an ophthalmologis is going to quickly determine the diagnosis and get her on the correct treatment. May I answer anything else for you?

Customer:

Any thing she can do until her appointment ?

Customer:

she dont have any pain

Customer:

its just loss of vision in her left eye .. but she can see slight figure movement and sense the street light while i was driving with that eye

Dr. Tom :

Yes....go back and tell them it's getting worst..insist on an urgent ophthalmologist consult......Does that make sense?

Customer:

Thanks, will call hospital again and explain her status.

Dr. Tom :

Acute, unexplained loss of vision is an emmergency and must be treated as such.

Customer:

Thanks dr

Dr. Tom :

Is there anything else I can do for you before you rate my answer?

Customer:

no Thanks.

Dr. Tom :

OK...best wishes...and please let me know what it turns out to be.

Customer:

all right.
