Hello, Welcome to Pearl.com

LASIK should be avoided during pregnancy.Since lasik is an elective procedure, it would be advisable to postpone it to a later date once you have the baby and have stopped breast feeding .
The cornea tends to have edema during pregnancy and is not the right time for any corneal procedure.
The refractive error tends to change during pregnancy thus making it unstable. Thus it would be futile to undergo lasik during pregnancy as the refrative status of the eyes would be likely to change post pregnancy.
So the take home message is - postpone Lasik to a later date after the delivery. In the meanwhile stick on to your good old glasses ( the best and safest option during pregnancy) as contact lenses too are best avoided.
Please feel free to ask follow up questions if any.
Thank you and best wishes.
