It looks like it is an episode of Bell's Palsy or facial nerve palsy.
All the features are suggestive of left sided Bell's palsy- cannot smile, cannot close the left eye, difficulty in spitting while brushing.
It is better to consult a physician so that a short course of oral steroids can be tried so as to treat any inflammatory cause of Bell's palsy.
Usually with steroids and with physiotherapy ( facial muscle exercises) the muscles should begin to get well soon. As for the improper closure on left eye, it is better to start putting lubricating eye drops so as to prevent exposure keratitis.
Try taping the lids if there is exposure of the eye while sleeping at night.
no expression. when i yawn right side pulls down away
so the eye cryin and burnin drops will help
Yes, I understand. The signs are quite typical of facila palsy.
not a stroke
no not exactly.
If it were to be a stroke, the facial palsy would have been associated with weakness in that half of the body ( upper and lower limbs), slurred speech .
May I know in what way I could have assisted you better?
The advice could not have been different or better so kindly let me know what exactly was poor so that we can sort out the issue better.
