Hello, i dont know about my condition if its Ocular Migraine

Hello, i dont know about my condition if its Ocular Migraine or something else. i get this blur
in my vision which then forms this zig zag around my vision only in one eye exactly like the ocular migraine and then i get this head ache which lasts for a few hours. while i have this bout i am not able to ready alphabets very clearly and some of the alphabets are not visible to me. i got this a long time ago but of late i have been getting it very frequently. iam touching 40 and my friends say that i might be having pressure. can anyone please advise what this might be and what might be the remedy. thanks again
