Dr. James :

Hello.

Dr. James :

When do adjust, are they normal?

Dr. James :

Any eye pain?

Customer:

After they adjust, they are normanl, There is no eye pain

Dr. James :

It is possible your eyes are drying out while you are sleeping.

Dr. James :

That is why it takes time for you to adjust as you blink it helps to clear up the dry spots.

Dr. James :

I recommend you use a lubricating ointment in both eyes at night before you sleep to help keep it from drying out.

Dr. James :

Also, avoid sleeping with a fan or heater on in the middle of the night.

Customer:

Can you recommend a lubricating ointment?

Dr. James :

lacrilube or refresh PM.
