Hello, Ive been having some health issue since about last

Customer Question

Hello, I've been having some health issue since about last April. I wake up and feel fine, but on toward about lunchtime and rest of the day, my eyes get really dry and scratchy, I feel like I've got goo in my eyes, my forehead feels like its in a vice and I feel like something moving around up there, no headache per se. Also am dizzy (varying degrees), not spinning, but maybe off balance. I also feel very fatigued. I've been using articificial tears, that helps a little. Usually a shower helps as well. I do use a computer alot! Along with iPad and cell device. I read alot, and I do alot of sewing. Could this be eye strain? I've already been to 2 doctors, one thought it was inner ear, the other a sinus infection. If eye strain, how do I make it go away?

Dr. Rick : Hi. I'm online and happy to answer your question today.
Dr. Rick : Have you been evaluated by an ophthalmologist?
Customer:

I had my last appt about a year ago. I do have chronic dry eye, but this problem started after that. I have another appt on Dec 20th

Dr. Rick : Ok. Well the eye and vision issues do sound like dry eyes but that doesn't account for the dizzyness and vice like feeling you get. You may need to see a neurologist too.
Dr. Rick : Does this make sense to you?
Customer:

I guess so, I have to wonder why the 2 physicians didn't send me to a neurologist right away.

Dr. Rick : That is a very good question since I really don't think all your symptoms can be attributed to a problem with your eyes.
Customer:

Ok then thank you
