That depends upon a number of factors: How good your vision in each eye is right now. How much deviation you currently suffer from and if this deviation is constant and how much muscle tissue/muscles there are left to operate on.
In many cases it is possible to re-align your eyes so that at least, cosmetically, they appear straight. It is unlikely, however, that you obtain normal depth perception or be able to see movies in 3D like your friends.
