If a retina is detached for the fifth time, and the appointment for a new eye clinic is made, is it an emergency to see the new doctor sooner than three weeks from now?

Dr. Rick :

Hi. I'm online and happy to answer your question today.

Dr. Rick :

If your retina is detached at this moment, and you still had/have useful vision in the affected eye then, yes, I would make sure you are seen by the new retina specialist tomorrow morning.

Dr. Rick :

Does this make sense to you?
