how to control my diet and what kind food to improve my vision
Expert:  Dr. Rick replied 5 years ago.
There is no specific food to improve your vision. As an ophthalmologist I usually don't deal with the dietary aspects of diabetes. The best person to ask about diet control would be your primary care doctor.
