left eye has an aura, or a film when I look directly at a light bulb

Customer Question

I am 74, just had both cataracts operated on pretty successfully. The left eye has an aura, or a film when I look directly at a light bulb. Should I have my Dr. Check this out, or is it a normal reaction. My surgeon is not my regular opthmologist, I suppose I would go to the Surgeon. Are there ever repeat operations for changing the lenses if say one was filmy. I appreciate your opinion, my Surgeon tends to be a little surly at times
