Dr. James :

Hello.

Dr. James :

Where is the discharge coming from exactly?

Dr. James :

Do you wear contact lenses?

Dr. James :

One eye or both eyes?

Customer:

I concern about what is going on with eye, i been traying to get cure like for two months and taking what ever the dr. says but my eye don't get cure, my eye has been discharge some pus from the lower part of, I cleaned everyday for like three o four time. I try antibiotic oitment, and tomorrow is the last day of tetraciclyne 500 hundred mg. twice and stil thesome.

Customer:

no I don't wear any lenses

Dr. James :

Are you being seen by an ophthalmologist?
Are you constant removing the pus/mucous from your eyes?

Customer:

just one side the right side

Dr. James :

What other medical problems do you have?

Customer:

the tetraciclyne I take is twice a day, sorry

Customer:

I don't have any other medical problem,

Customer:

No, the dr. that treat this was a regular dr.

Dr. James :

Has the pus been cultured to see if it is infectious?

Customer:

no really, the dr just check my eye and give the prescription but I don't see any different, at the beginning seem like stop like lower the amount and couple a days late started all over again

Dr. James :

Well, next step is the see an ophthalmologist to determine what structures of the eyelid is involved. It appears the tetracycline was given for treatment of blepharitis. It can be blepharitis, dry eyes, or a chronic conjunctivitis.

Customer:

No he did not get any sample for cultured

Dr. James :

Having an infection for 2 months is not common, but possible with some causes of chronic conjunctivitis.

Customer:

so, that mean I will have for ever

Dr. James :

No.

Dr. James :

But you may need different treatments since it is not getting better.

Customer:

yes that I believe, i guest I going to ophthalmologist since i don't get cure, ok thank for your abvise
