Can this come and go if it's a detached retina? It does not seen as bad now. I will go to my eye doctor in a.m.
Expert:  Dr. PG replied 5 years ago.
If you are having intermittent streaks of light without and decreased vision in the affected eye, then it indicates that the retina has not detached till now. These streaks of light can be due to pull on the retina caused by the vitreous when it is detaching from the retina.
In either case you need an evaluation.
