Eyes turning out toward the ear is called exotropia. It appears you have an intermittent form of it. You should ensure that the vision in that eye is as best as it can be with an updated glasses prescription. Clear vision helps the two eyes to focus together.
If there is not eye surgery to improve the vision, then you can consider eye muscle surgery to realign the eyes.
In people with poor vision in the drifting eye, there is a higher chance that that eye may drift again. But certainly worth a try.
how much is this and were will i go to find out bout this
I'm unsure of the amount for the surgery. It is usually covered with most insurance plans. You should see an ophthalmologist for an evaluation.
