I have an infection on the lower lid of my eye. There was a small visible "sty" type of pustule on the edge of the lid, but there is a larger white pustule inside the lid which is visible if the lid is pulled open, away from the eyeball.

so the pustule on the inside is what we call a chalazion. If this all started (2nd round) recently heat packs may help it disappear. If it has been there more than 6 weeks or so, It may need an incision and drainage. These occur in folks with poorly draining eyelid oil glands, which often respond well to daily application of heat packs. Regards XXXXX XXXXX
