I have had eye pain, (one eye) swelling, redness in eye and lower lid, watery and now a 99.5 fever and feel terrible. I just got over a 2 week respiratory virus and now this.. Help

These symptoms are suggestive of viral conjunctivitis especially if the vision is not affected. It may take take 3-4 days for the symptoms to resolve sometimes longer. Anti-biotic drops are usually not needed in viral conjunctivitis. If cornea gets involved steroid drops may be required. You can see an ophthalmologist for confirmation. Thanks and best wishes.
