milky white to yellow discharge from the tear duct on bottom right eye
Optional Information: Gender: femaleAge: 51 Already Tried: try using warm moist towels and I still having a lot of milky white to yellow discharge coming from the lower right tear duct several times a day and sometime if I use a cottonswab on the end of the tear duct it will sometimes pop and I get alot of the discharge that covers half of my eye.

You could be having acute dacryocystitis i.e. inflammation and infection of tear sac. You'll require a course of oral anti-biotics like Amoxycillin along with anti-inflammatory drugs. If pain and redness is not there then it could be chronic dacryocystitis.You need to see an ophthalmologist early. Thanks and best wishes.
