Ask an Eye Doctor and Get an Answer ASAP
How long have you been having them?
Is there any burning or itching present?
Constant bloodshot eyes can be due to dryness, blepharitis, meibomitis or allergy. Meibomitis or blepharitis also cause dryness and lead to redness. The basic cause of dryness like meibomitis needs to be treated if present(very likely). Lubricants alone may not help. Warm compresses and oral doxycycline course may be required. You can discuss it with your ophthalmologist. Thanks.
