Under the eye lid of my right eye I have a white spot. The spot is up higher under the
lid. It is scratching my eye. I have tried to remove it with a qtip (that has a pointed
end) It seems to be attached to the lid. What is this?

A white spot in the eye could be a concretion, which is accumalation of epithelial cellsand inspissated mucus in the conjunctiva. These generally give a sensation of gritiness.

The treatment is scraping of these with a hypodermic needle 26G by an ophthalmologist under the slitlamp.

Avoid using any sharp instrument lest it harms the other sensitive structures in the eye.

Thanks and best wishes
