When did this start?
Are the red lines on the whites of the eye?
Do you wear contact lenses?
When was the last time you saw an eye doctor?

Thank you for the reply.

The red lines you are seeing may be a pterygium. This is scar tissue on the surface of the eye in response to UV damage and dry eyes. Surgery is an option. In the meantime, use of artificial tears and UV protection will help.
